The Beginning
Layth Faraj founded Opulent Structures in 2024 with a vision of building a construction company grounded in quality craftsmanship, accountability, and lasting relationships.
With a background in general contracting and hands-on construction, Layth brings a practical understanding of how projects come together, from the smallest details to the finished product. His approach continues to shape the company’s commitment to thoughtful execution.
2026
Two Perspectives. One Vision
Sam Faraj, PE joined Opulent Structures in 2026, bringing a complementary background in civil engineering, project management, and infrastructure development.
Having managed complex transportation and infrastructure projects, Sam brings a broader perspective on planning, coordination, and problem-solving. Together, the brothers connect planning and technical coordination with the practical demands of construction.
